Hi Bryce, Reference the class tags (gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan) and dietary notes at the end of each class description to choose the class that’s right for you. Classes tagged “Vegan” feature dishes that don’t contain animal-derived products. PCC does not advocate for particular diets or eating philosophies. For cook-along classes, you are welcome to adjust the recipes/ingredients at home according to any dietary preferences. Please note, however, that instructors will teach and prepare the recipes as written during class and may not be able to assist with recipe adaptations.
