Yes, we accept broken cement, but we ask that it be in pieces smaller than 4 ft by 4 ft. I would also recommend checking out Lautenbach's (which is next door) as they may accept it for a lesser rate.
It would appear so. The website does not list cement as prohibited, but you may wish to look at the adjacent Lautenbach Recycling, or a similar business which may take clean broken concrete for no fee..
