For household recyclers, we accept mixed paper, cardboard, glass, plastic jugs and jars, metal cans, and other scrap metals.

We do not accept shredded paper in our paper recycling bin. It must be bagged and placed with the household garbage.

They only want PETE and HDPE (recycle icons 1 and 2). This would be things like soda bottles, juice containers, milk jugs, shampoo bottles. You should not try to recycle plastic trays, plastic bags, toys, CD, PVC, etc.

Not at the recycling facility, but you can dispose of it at the waste transfer station located behind the recycling. It will cost you $89/ton to dispose of trash here so if you have nothing else you will be paying the minimum $10 charge.
