Isn't food suppose to be held at 165 degrees and served at that temp because l started to eat my fish sand and fries it was cold and I mean cold had to heat it up when I got home. Didnt know I had to ask for hot food when I order

That is scary. I would definitely contact the establishment, and make sure you tell someone in management about your food. Fish can have some very serious problems if it's not kept, prepared, and served right. While various styles of preparation might exist, I would.axpect some standardization from a large chain like that. Unfortunately, right now, there is slim to no way to tell what shape that.fish was in (when it was harvested). Some people might prefer to know what the original conditions of the fishes fins and scales before marking sure the fish is subsequently prepared and served in accordance with their intentions.
