I would say call Peninsula Friends of Animals. The most helpful and resourceful people can answer or solve any issue you have. I've had nothing but good experiences with them.

Hi! Please call PFOA and ask them for the number for the spray neuter program. I only volunteer there and they are closed again because of increased Covid. They are answering messages as they can and making appointments. Thanks Theresa for adopting those two kittens! 😻
