It is an everyone-friendly bar but it is not specifically a gay bar.
I would think it is. Nobody seems to be worried about everyone else and the bartenders are super friendly and i would guess they dont care who you choose to go to bed with.
There used to be a gay bar next door that went out of buisness due to tax issues. I have a feeling that someone tagged it as such due to proximity. It is gay friendly, just not a "gay bar" per say.
There used to be a gay bar right next door. Maybe that's what showing up? Regardless, all are welcome at The Independent. Ain't no such thing as gay money 😜
