I completely agree with the others and the fire pits are great, i suggest you bring plenty of your own wood

Yes, as long as it's within a designated fire pits in each Campground spot and you're using the wood that you brought with you and not the scavenger wood around the camp. More on the regulations is posted on the information board right as you enter the camp.
