Trail access only, but it is less than a mile away from a picnic area with a parking lot at Lake Keechelus.
No, it's just a CXT Vault toilet with some picnic tables and tent pads right off of the Palouse to Cascades Trail.
No reservation, first come first serve. It's free although you'll need a discover pass to park at any of the trailheads.
