Why do you allow stuff to build up over the lockers when there is a no storage policy in place there could possibly be a hazardous waste potential.

No one know's, exactly what kind of stuff is built up on top of the locker's... mostly in the morning, there is a sign up for day locker's. Around 7:00am...

Not so they not only look out for there own interest but the interest of others as well, that includes safety.
