Construction going on, some challenges with that. Nurses nice. Food ok. Way to far for us to visit daily.

Be careful of this place! My mother went there and would call ME on the phone because nobody would help her to the restroom She fell while in there and shattered her face. I don’t know if they are understaffed of what. But be weary of this place. The staff seemed nice but the nurses were few and far between. Anyplace would have given more care to my mother.

The 'eliseo' website requires you to submit all your personal information (address, tel, email) to see basic information such as floor plans, then they send impersonal marketing emails without ever giving access to the floor plans, etc. Then, days go by and no personal response, even though I've replied to their automated messages. Not a good way to welcome potential residents.

Moved my mom here in 2019 and things were great. Not anymore. I can't believe that the older residents that live here are expected to take care of the grounds themselves. Like shovel snow from their walkways. They don't clear the parking lots either. There is an accident waiting to happen and lawsuits. That is one of the many issues that we have with this place. Not too mention they pay a lot of money for the maintenance of the grounds.

Yes they have laundry they do it for the facility the people living in there
We are not closing. There was a press conference at TLRC on Friday regarding the closures of Skilled Nursing facilities in Washington State. Tacoma Lutheran Retirement Community has made no moves to close our Skilled Nursing.
