This place started out great a few years ago, but has progressively gone down hill. The care givers and front desk staff are very pleasant, but the management needs major Improvement and restructuring. Before sending your loved ones here consider your other options first. This place will nickel and dime you, and god forbid your loved ones end up in the hospital, you’ll go through hell just to get them back in their residence. I have witnessed first hand the lack of quality care, when it comes to negligence, which is even more prominent with the assisted living residents, where there has been missed meals, lack of medication control, improper incident reporting, and lack of access to personal hygiene and care for some residents due to continually being understaffed. This place has put my family through a lot of unnecessary hardship and stress over the last year. I myself have confronted management about the issues I was seeing and no resolution was provided, which forced us to move our loved ones out. Please do your research before sending your loved ones here, and if you notice things aren’t right, speak up because sometimes you are the only voice your loved ones have.

Narrows Glen is one of the cleanest and friendliest facilities I have had the pleasure to work with. The staff is knowledgeable and always goes beyond the call of duty to ensure quality care. The facility is always kept clean and the atmosphere is extremely homey. This assisted living facility creates an environment in which any individual would feel comfortable leaving their loved one. I would explicitly trust this facility with the care of my loved one!

Your staff of Jan Wieder, Stephanie Crinklaw, Marilyn Miller & Jason Kitchel are a pleasure to work with & take such good care of the residents at Narrows Glen. It is a family atmosphere with lots of activities for the residents. I noticed while waiting in the lobby just other day how nice each staff member is in taking care of each residents questions and making them feel important. I would highly recommend Narrows Glen to family & friends

Narrows Glen Senior Living has the most thoughtful and helpful team of employees. The Facility is always clean and the residents are well cared for and happy.
