How do you get ahold of them? all i get when i called is to a text this number, i did many times and never got ahold of anyone.
I live rural, no phone. How do I make an appointment to get 2 male cats neutered and shots?
Has the wait time for drop-ins improved? If not, I won't bother showing up. Last time, it was 50 minutes before I got in and I was fourth in line. They don't seem to have a good handle on how to manage their time.
