Has the wait time for drop-ins improved? If not, I won't bother showing up. Last time, it was 50 minutes before I got in and I was fourth in line. They don't seem to have a good handle on how to manage their time.

Probably because they do so much at minimum cost. Give them a break - or go somewhere else. Sheesh!

I was there last week for flea medication. I think it took close to 2 hours. Definitely 1.5 hours. Totally stupid. Lol.

I noticed that they have a limited staff. I had a neuter appointment so it was a drop off. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
