I was really looking forward to getting my one year old’s very first haircut here after reading reviews and looking through the website. Our experience was anything but calm and fun. Our stylist was running a little late and I had to change a stinky diaper real quick before the appointment. Normally I’m pretty understanding…a previous customer probably came in late and the whole thing probably just snowballed. But I think the appointment was extremely rushed and was stressful for me and my son. My son was terrified the entire time and while it was fast (she took only 10 minutes tops), I was expecting a way less traumatizing experience for him and I felt really bad that I put him through that. I don’t think we will be returning…His haircut is nice and I’m impressed that she did such a great job with him screaming and crying and moving around so much. If I had known they were just going to work fast through the screaming and not even try to make the experience fun, I wouldn’t have put my son through it.

10/10 experience. Cornelia was fantastic! This was our baby’s first cut and I was so nervous he wouldn’t tolerate it. I can’t believe how fast she could move and work her way around our squirmy guy. The shop is super cute too. I would absolutely recommend for all kiddos!!

My son got his first haircut here and I was very happy with both the haircut and service. He is very squirmy and has some sensory issues, but Cornelia was able to get his hair cut evenly and quickly. Worth our 30 minute drive!

Wow! My older kid cut his sister's hair... We are talking tiny bangs and a side mullet. The hairstylist was awesome! She let us choose which riding toy chair to sit in and immediately helped my daughter stop crying. The haircut was done in 20 minutes and she looks great!
