Go online and check your "Order History" which has a feature titled order status. Choose that option and it will show you the status.
You can either check it online with the order tracking number, or if it is in store pickup, you can either call the store or go to customer service desk and ask them about it.
Check your account online for status. They will also send you an email when ready for pickup.
You have to go to their website and click on my orders and put in your information.
