I was happy with Hawthorne for many reasons. They made going through this difficult time easier. I appreciate their swiftness of coming to get my father and the respect they showed him and my family. Making the arrangements were simple and easy to understand. Even with a couple mistakes we made with the death certificate they showed patience and understanding and helped get the corrected ones quickly. Tom and Devon were wonderful.
