Yes, open to the public, free, no fees. You can walk around and see some of the holding tanks for the fish. The salmon mostly come up in the fall, September, October. Call for times, days of any inside the hatchery activities. Free Limited parking inside hatchery area. Library, Restaurants nearby

Yes. You can walk the grounds and see everything for free. Best to go during autumn.
It is free. You are allowed to view it. Fall is the best season to go. You will be able to see the large salmon swimming up the river and trying to jump over the man made damn.
Yes its open to the public no entrance fees but you can donate. As far as watching the hatchery process you would have to contact them. There are windows that you can see how it is done. And if interested i believe they are looking for volunteers. Hope that helps!
