There are no rentals. If there is a mobile vacant, you must purchase it. Then submit background Check for the park if you pass you sign a lease for the lot after you have the mobile in your name. There are a lot of rules and although you own the mobile, you cannot move it atms you can be evicted. It is claimed that this is a Senior Park, but .....I've seen more kids under 18 than in a school yard. Late at night there are quite a few homeless, and drug addicts that have been seen walking through, looking very sketchy.

Google guides don't know that kind of thing. Call the Park yourself and ask them that's what I would do if I was wondering that.
