Here's the issue,IF,a tenant has a legitimate issue,its turned to a 'blame'the tenant,not taking responsibility,,my and others experience,All requests must be in writing,when thus done,either outright ignored, or,seemingly, seeking to find 'fault' with the tenant.Having attempted to locate owner has been an exercise in futility. Do live quietly, abiding by lease agreement, seemingly, selective as to whom the 'target' is,again,seemingly, based upon raising legitimate issues.Terribly sad.

Better than most places in this a area. Nice managers, my neighbors are good. Still not the best area, my car has been broken into, and mail taken but it seemed to be kid- related from the items that were taken. For a 55+ park with no kids under 18 ( i thought was a perk )living in the park, there are a ton of little kids. But quiet fir the mid-day part.

I have lived here for over 20 years. Great managers who also take care of all problems in park. 50 plus mobile home park.

No aggressive breeds ( Pitbulls, Rotts, and all of the breeds ti ou would normally see on the lists) . Pets are not allowed to run free. If the resident has to leave , the pet must be kept inside regardless if there is a fence or not. Also, their licence(s) must be taken to the office so .the pet can be registered with the managers office.
There are no rentals. If there is a mobile vacant, you must purchase it. Then submit background Check for the park if you pass you sign a lease for the lot after you have the mobile in your name. There are a lot of rules and although you own the mobile, you cannot move it atms you can be evicted. It is claimed that this is a Senior Park, but .....I've seen more kids under 18 than in a school yard. Late at night there are quite a few homeless, and drug addicts that have been seen walking through, looking very sketchy.

I have no idea if there are any manufactured homes for sale. But the space will go up every year on the day u moved in right now the spaces are 633.00 a month.
There is no renting a home here, they're all owned but the lots are rented. To find out if there's any homes for sale I'd suggest calling the office.
