No. They tour every breeder that they get their puppies from. If a breeder doesn't meet their standards of care for the animals they stop doing business with that breeder.
I bought my bulldog here and called the breeder listed on my papers - they are NOT a puppy mill they are a USDA breeder and actually sent me pictures of the momma. It was not a mill facility and they have met the owner.
Comerical breeders, yes.
I bought a puppy there as well, researched the breeder from the pedigree line, not a puppy mill. My puppy was very healthy and sailed through my vets exam. Crazy how people lie to force people into their way of thinking.
