So u had to visit your local CBD retail store for recreational CBD only. That didn't have THC in it. Now more of the retail stores carry more CBD products, Some are CBD only but it varies on the retail store. With it beginning to be so popular, now places like Plaid Pantry and most convenient stores in Washington, especially Clark County and Multnomah County in Oregon, sell them with everything else right next to the e-cigs. It just wasn't very lucrative to sell CBD only, but now more I502 Recreational retail stores now do.
