If they had ran out of chicken, it probably would have taken 7-10 minutes to cook, but you would have received hot. Talk to the manager.
Ask for Manager, if the problem has not been fixed by the person waiting on you. 15 min. is too long a wait, chicken should be Hot and not warm or cold. Stale baconater fries, should not be stale or cold. It is Gross.
It is aggravating to get a drive thru order home and it is not what you ordered or expected. Most managers will make it good on your next visit.
The manager would want to know. She would make it right.
