Why is the am drive thru so slow, at 5:50 the line is around the building, people are going to work and don't want to be late waiting on there coffee or etc. I feel bad for the overworked employees having to hear all the complaints.

I am very disgusted with this McDonalds. Its service time has increased dramatically. I was the only customer there around 8:15 p.m. and waited almost 20 minutes for my order. I get to watch the manager and assistant or shift sup screw around and play games while I waited though. The other employees did not have much umph in their step either. After 20 years in restaurant service I feel I can spot a lazy kitchen. If it weren't for my kids, I would stop going there all together.

This is actually a wonderful McDonalds. Its in a high traffic area for all the Ohio Pittsburgh commuters and people who work at the airport. If you frequent McDonalds like I do, will find this one to be just as satisfactory as others in the chain.

That is the worst McDonald's ever. ..always a long wait regardless of the time
