I called to order our pizza, and was told it would be 30 minutes. Ten minutes later I received a text stating that our pizza was being delivered by door dash in 30 minutes. It took 1 and a half to get our pizza and it was ice cold.

They really have no idea what they are doing. The manager is horrible. There is absolutely no customer service and or communication. They took my order said they delivery would be a 30 min wait. I waited an hour before I called the store bc I figured they were busy. They then told me they didn't deliver to my area ( they deliver to the hotel right across from me)the delivery driver got lost and went back to the store. They told me I could come pick up my order. The delivery driver never called to figure anything out. We told them when we called to order exactly where we live and they took my DELIVERY order. They had already took the money out of my bank for my order. Horrible experience.

You can learn to make my order correctly. I pay good money to get what I expect. I was charged for cheese sticks on my last order I never received in the big box I received and I asked for double cheese..not likely..and also only 1 of the box pizzas had the red onion I had ordered. You need to take more pride in getting the order right before it is shipped off to the customer.

Pizza was delivered on time . We have tried cheese sticks twice now and this time there was cheese but as you can see not sliced there was no cuts on the underside either. Pizza was good.
