We needed passports for our kids, and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Earlier today, my family visited the Lunenburg Post Office to get two new passports for our children, renew my husband’s passport and submit a doc for a lost passport/renew my Mother’s passport. The staff could not have been friendlier or more knowledgeable. They helped us to get all of this done, within less than 30minutes, including the time it took to take all of our pictures. We are still in shock that we were in and out so quickly, and that the process was so pain free, and even pleasant!

Our street - summer street is in the dirt stage of resurfacing. Every other vehicle that services this neighborhood including amerigas trucks delivering gas - can get to their destination, but THE POST OFFICE CAN'T? We are expecting a car part-pretty important and you can't get out of your truck? Shouldn't there be a notice if the postal worker is not able to deliver mail? I have read the reviews and totally agree - the worst- ever! If I could take away the star I would. It's been two days of no mail and not a word from the Post office as to when we might expect to get the mail The roads open at about 3:30 everyday Did anyone think of adjusting the delivery time? Who denied access, because part of Summer street was open today and all was open yesterday

Consistently have packages out of this office marked as delivered on tracking, but aren't-- or marked as "couldn't find house", when it's right next to the street, and no other carrier has this issue. Having to call the office for almost anything shipped via USPS gets very old. Very frustrating. At the minimum, stop updating the tracker incorrectly.
