At first, the dealer was very responsive and provided me with the information I needed. Everything was going good but before finalizing the deal, the sales manager tried to bump the price by $4000 by making lame excuses like, because they are a small country dealer, I am not a local, I didn't finance with them, I won't be using them for servicing the car and the car is rare to find and so on. I bought the same exact car from another delarship for a significantly less amount. They didn't make any excuses or didn't care how I financed the car and the price stayed the same.

I cannot recommend North End Mazda highly enough. My salesperson, Bryan, was super helpful in helping me order my new CX-5 in this very challenging new car market due to COVID-19. When the vehicle arrived, he was very thorough in explaining its features. Collette, the F&I manager, was a joy to work with - she had all of the paperwork ready to go and explained it well, with zero pressure to buy any additional packages or add-ons. Overall, this was the nicest car buying experience I've had at ANY dealership. EVER.
