We ordered two tons of gravel for our driveway in Lexington. Powell helped our selection on phone and via their website, remotely and our material arrived exactly on time. What’s more, Richard the truck driver spent considerable extra time “smooth pouring” the gravel along a 40 foot stretch of driveway thus saving us shoveling from a single pile. I’m 65 with a troubled back so this extra effort meant a lot to me - it cut my work time and effort by 10x. This is what great customer service is all about.
