I called last minute with several issues. I was frantic. Bruce helped me figure it all out within ten minutes, and even lowered my price a bit. Great guy. Very friendly and knows his stuff! The place is clean, and I’ve had a good experience every time I’ve been to my unit. Would recommend.

Facilities are easy to access and clean. As far as customer service goes, I was very dissatisfied with the level of communication and professionalism from the onsite manager. I paid for a storage unit that upon arrival I discovered it had piping inside that took away from the square footage I was able to use. I was in a time crunch as I was moving state and discussed with the manager I was unhappy with the circumstances. I was moved out of the unit before the end of the month and then was charged another whole month after my things had been gone already for one week. I called and spoke to Jim and told him I wasnt happy and that I was hoping he could meet me in the middle on a deal for the inconveniences. He was unable to make up for the inconveniences that were caused and I remain dissatisfied with how business was dealt with. Unfortunately I am left to leaving a poor review which is not in my nature, but I am from a world of hospitality and this was no way to handle this situation. So here it is. Best of luck to whomever has any future problems with this storage facility. It won't be resolved.

Great service here but they have big turnover with their employees so it's never the same people working. Their pricing is a bit high so I switched to a Brand New storage place in North Reading, North Reading Storage Solutions and they're awesome. They even have me half off my first two months and the pricing was lower than Public Storage in Woburn. Just being honest.
