To get a Massachusetts real estate salesperson license you must complete the following steps as required by the Massachusetts Real Estate Board: - Complete 40 hours of approved Massachusetts Pre-Licensing education - Pass the course final exam - Take the Massachusetts Real Estate Exam with PSI. - Receive your license - Choose a sponsoring broker
The exam is composed of 120 questions. Four hours are allotted to take the exam.
