The staff here is wonderful and I’ve had great experiences in person with the nurses and NPs. The phone number does not seem to go to the office though just an answering service so the communication and service over the phone is truly terrible, I will be switching primary care providers asap

This office called my cell phone completely out of the blue to ask about my Covid vaccine status and offer additional resources. I don’t know how they got my name or phone number, I am not a patient of theirs. Totally unacceptable. At least the girl on the phone was polite.

The lack of communication here is actually appalling. Last September the gynecologist referred me for surgery. After hearing nothing for six weeks I started calling every week, leaving a message for either the gynecologist or my PCP to call with an update. Nothing. Then I started calling every other day, then every day, sometimes several times. Occasionally a nurse with absolutely no knowledge of my medical history or ability to help me would return my call, but never the gyno who referred me or my PCP. Who, in theory, I should be able to reach at any time. I started to feel a lot of anger and anxiety about needing surgery but being unable to have it. Finally in November I was at a breaking point and asked for a behavioral health referral. They told me I would have to come in and talk to my PCP, so I figured, two birds and whatnot. I was sitting in her office and when she walked in with my chart and said "We referred you for surgery?" my jaw literally dropped. I think I started laughing and crying at the same time. She was able to push the referral through a week later, finally, and I am currently recovering from surgery I should have had in October. Meanwhile, I just got a letter that another referral she made for me was out of network. I have a list of in-network providers and a number she needs to fax a Prior Authorization form to, but I have no way to get her this information. I've called twice already and not heard back. I am not looking forward to resuming daily fruitless calls with your team where I leave the same message over and over and she never gets it. I am not sure where the roadblock in the system is here, but you need to figure it out and resolve it. Like I said above, it's actually appalling. I got better health care in Central America in the 1990s.

This is the worst place. There is absolutely NO Communication and not all but some of the receptionists are very rude. Especially the person who reschedules appointments which is the one with the blonde hair, she was very disrespectful and lacking of knowledge because I was 5 minutes late and she say that according to the policy I have to reschedule and I told her that I want to see where in the policy say that and she say, I don’t have that information, disgusting place and very unprofessional to provide customer care and health care!!
