I made an appointment with Servpro on Friday May 20th. They came to look at my property and I haven’t heard anything back! Today is May 31st. I spoke with the secretary twice and she reassured me they’d get back to me. If you’re NOT going to do the job, that’s fine! At least let me know instead of wasting my time!! Thanks to you my tenants are moving out! Not professional! Would not recommend!

Great experience overall! Joe the project manager talked to me daily about process and work to be done. His crews were spectacular. They worked with my insurance agent on getting the bill paid and what should be replaced. Hope to never have to use them again but i would certainly call them again

We used servpro Salem for during the Detroit floods this last June and we could not be more pleased with the service. Joseph was one of the most professional service workers we have met and his team was extraordinary. The conditions they worked in and the effort they gave our home has made me question those of companies we have used in the past. These fine gentlemen were at our home until 2am this morning and worked as if they had just had 8 hours of sleep.
