The menu is oddly difficult to read. There are numbered items. The first three are burgers and the word Hamburger is so small you can barely read it. Next #3-6 are chicken and the word Chicken is equally as small. Next to each item number is a picture of the item, but no description. My mother is 93. She chose a 5. She thought she was getting a burger and was disappointed. You might think about how your menu reads. It's not easy to understand you are getting.

I used the app to order my burger and fries around 6 PM on a Saturday. But pick up inside wasn't available - store was closed?!?! So I had to wait in a long line and go through the drive thru. This has happened to me several times, so what good is the convenience of using the app?? C'mon Wendy's - gotta make some improvements!

Fast service, accurate order, great value. I went through the drive through. I was in line maybe 1:30 minutes. Fries were hot and the chicken blt was bomb. You can't find a better value than the Biggie Bag. I also had the spicy nuggets with the ghost pepper sauce 🔥🔥🔥.
