The carpet is still dirty and smells, the landlord cleaned before we moved in. But even cleaned it doesn’t work. We ask the landlord to replace the carpet, but they said it’s impossible. What can I do?

He has to get a professional carpet cleaner in there and/or change the carpet. If not, the you'll have to contact the TRU and this might require you to get legal representation
