I'm in the process of trying to catch a mother feral cat and her 3 babies, about 5 or 6 months old. I want to get them fixed and adopted but I'd like to keep 2 of the babies. How does this work and what are the costs?

Go to your local humane society and borrow a cat trap, bait the trap near where you think they are regularly. Or see if there is a local group in your area that feeds feral cats and ask for help. NOAH has a vet clinic onsite, call them and ask about low cost sterilization fees. Most humane societies don't take animals without a fee which usually covers basic sterilization and basic vaccinations... some are 50.00, some less. If this doesn't help, just contact NOAH by phone and they will guide you through the process. I am getting a stray female cat fixed next week, and it will cost 45.00 plus 15.00 for each vaccination. They request you be there at 8am. An appointment is necessary
