I'm not sure. You can call them, they are very nice. And, if you can show proof of any DSHS support you get, that would be a plus...Ain't no shame! Pasados Safe Heaven also has a traveling spay and neuter clinic...or they use to; NOAH probably can answer questions regarding them too. Good luck!
You don't have to be low income. They will only ask for your income if you are low income.
