Application for low income to get my dog fixed or neutered

Noah has a Spay and Neuter Clinic for the public you just have to call tell them the county and how many people in your household. Then they follow a graph ask you if you make this much money and if you make less than the amount they quote then you qualify. You can also go online to the Noah Center. Org go to the spay and neuter tab scroll down to schedule an appointment. Or you can call them. But they do spay and neuter animals from the public. and the cost is a lot less if you qualify
