What Cindy said is correct Noah only takes cats /dogs from partnering shelters. With the exception if the cat/or dog came from Noah "originally" and was adopted from Noah , that's the only way they will be able to take your cat as a return with a surrender fee.
No they do not accept animals. You can check with local rescue groups such as homeward pet, Seattle area feline rescue or surrender it to Seattle Humane.
