Noah's only location is in Stanwood
The NOAH up north might be worth your trip. It is a great place to get a pet. Their staff and volunteers are pretty good. It's kept up well and the volunteers walk and help take care of their pets.
Stanwood is the only noah
As far as I know, the Noah in Stanwood is the only location, but they do send adoptable animals out to some pet supply stores in a larger area.
