I think I know you who that Lady was. I told her straight out how rude she was and needed to stop with the attitude. She apologizes and changes right away. Sometimes you need to let them know to snap out whatever the issues in her head. I wasn't mean or rude to her at all.
No. Not helpful. I've had great service every time I go there. I think most people expect to be treated "special ", and when they're not, they get upset! Just my opinion.
