Dr. Singh has helped me so much! I was recommended to her by my chiropractor after injuring my coccyx and PT was exactly what I was missing from my care routine. Dr. Singh made me feel comfortable and at ease while we discussed my injury and symptoms. I noticed improvements after one session of internal work and continue to see her weekly.

Dr. Singh is highly knowledgeable, professional. and thorough in her treatment and assessment. She really focuses on the body and works collaboratively to correct what is going on. I have been in more traditional physical therapy and this has been my first experience with myofascial release. After almost a year post injury and 9 months post surgery I finally starting to feel some pain relief and rebuilding

Meenakshi has been treating me for about 2 months. When I began seeing her I suffered severe and chronic neck and shoulder pain after years of chiropractic treatment. Since beginning treatment with Meena I’ve experienced an immense reduction in pain and discomfort. Meena is exceedingly professional and accommodating with scheduling. I would recommended seeking treatment here for anyone in search of simple an straightforward relief of pain of any kind.

Meena, is a very caring and talented professional. She makes you comfortable right from the start while learning how best to support you. I have scoliosis and resulting posture issues. I came to her for pain down my left side which resulted in me limping. She resolved those issues and also helped me elongate my posture. Her sessions are amazing and I felt dramatically better after each one. I highly recommend her.

What does a Pelvic Floor Evaluation or treatment look like?

Revive Physical Therapy (Owner) | Aug 13, 2022

Our pelvic floor physical therapists take a holistic, full-body approach to caring for our pelvic health patients. We assess how the patient's pelvic floor is functioning with the rest of the body as they move on a daily basis. Sometimes, this involves internal pelvic floor muscle work or assessment and is only done with the patient's consent. Most of the treatment can also be done externally if the therapist doesn’t receive consent for internal work. Visit our website for a full explanation of our process!

Can't I just do Kegels to help my pelvic floor condition?

Many people think that doing Kegels will solve their pelvic health problems. First of all, it needs to be done correctly if you are doing them, but not everyone needs to do Kegels. Sometimes the issue is tightness, not weakness. Our experts in pelvic floor physical therapy can help you figure out what treatment is best to bring you relief.

Do I need a doctor's referral to receive pelvic floor physical therapy?

No! We are Direct Access providers, so you don’t need a physician referral to see us. If you did get a referral, please bring it with you to your first appointment.
