Is the trail from the park entrance up to lake Angeles open all the way up to the visiters center and hurricane ridge this sunday?

Technically, you can park at Lake Angeles, Heather Park trailhead without an ONP Pass. Hiking up to Lake Angeles to Klahanne Ridge, then another say 5 miles to 5200 ft visitor center, call it 9-11 miles one-way Is free. If you want to stage a vehicle up there to ride down that vehicle has to pay. Round trip then +22 mile hike. (Later) As Avery said, check with ranger by phone. There are goat removal operations going on now so some of these trsils are closed thtu Oct 2018 ish
