Got home after being told to call a hotline for our problem, order was not correct and got yelled by the GM. I’m looking at you Tyra.

Slow, slow, slow! My wife and I stopped here on our way out of town, as we were hungry. Their lobby was out of commission, for reasons described as being maintenance-related. Unexpected, but no problem, right? So we used the drive-thru but it was crazy slow: about 10 mins per car. They seemed really understaffed. All told, it was about 45 mins to get the food, and this wasn't at any meal rush hour. Slowest fast food experience I ever had. The fries came out cold, too.

The lines werw so long and we waited 40 minutes for food and recieved cold food and watered down drinks. Terrible experience!

Last week we tried online ordering for dinner. Bad idea. Order was ready shortly after six, which was fine, but to actually get it, took until after seven p.m. since the dining room closes at five, and even though there is a pickup parking spot, they will not utilize it by sending someone out with your order. We were car thirteen by the time we figured out that they expect you to go through the line, tell them you have an online order when you reach the box, and still wait in line to get to the window to pickup the online order! This is extremely poor design and management. When I asked to speak with the manager, two leads, obviously not managers, who couldn't agree on what to do, besides tell me that they would inform district manager, came to the window. I have never received good service at this location, (Port Angeles, Washington), and will not return.
