Why did I receive an email saying that my bill was 107.79 due 1-22-21 when I pay it it goes to credit maybe try to make it clear so people like me ain't paying on something there's already credited

I always look at the previous balance current balance all that stuff and sometimes if it's in ( ) parentheses it could be a credit
