It sure would be nice if the southern half of the county had places to make payments instead of going all the way up to the downtown Everett office! Thanks for closing the Linwood store and not saying a word about it! You are the worst utility company I've ever had to deal with!

PUD has always been very helpful to me and answered any/all questions I have had in a quick and polite manner. They awarded me their 60% low-income discount very painlessly. I only had to show them official proof of receiving SNAP benefits and (at that time) TANF benefits. From the time I first filled out an application 📝and sent i📨t via 🐌📬 to the time they received📥 it, reviewed it, and mailed a letter of approval👌 back to me, only took approximately one week, which is incredibly quick. I had expected it to take at least 2 or three weeks to receive a response. Then, when it was time to reapply, they contacted me and 5 min later my discount was disapproved and extended for and additional 18 months. They have always been extremely prompt to fix power outages. Overall, PUD has been a pleasure to do business with. I wish everyone was as cooperative and easy to work with as they are.

I've been a customer for 10+ years. They always have great customer service whether I call or go in in-person. I receive bills via email and snail mail which is great for me because I am very good at forgetting important bills. Also, every time I decide to pay in person I stop for a delicious sandwich and a coffee at the cute little cafe in the building. Very good all around!

Never use their over the phone bill pay. If you enter in the wrong zip and it takes it. Your payment will be rejected and sit there for a couple of days. Then you'll have to call your bank after to get your money back, just to shove it into their greedy hands again. Their customer service is iffy. I've had lots of nice people and assholes. So it all depends on who you get.

Hi Brad- We can help you with this. Please give us a call at 425-783-1000 so we can provide more info about your planned outage. We often notify customers about planned outages through letters and sign boards in the neighborhood, as well as recorded messages over the phone.
I always look at the previous balance current balance all that stuff and sometimes if it's in ( ) parentheses it could be a credit

Our public offices do not offer free shredding. Thanks for asking!
Hey Jacob- All is well! A compressor overheated and caused some smoke to enter the basement hallway. The building was evacuated, compressor disabled, fire dept. arrived and gave the okay to reenter the building. Thanks for asking!
Please call us at 425-783-1000 to report this. We'll get someone out to look at it and make needed changes.
Sorry can't help you. You need a contractor, this is a public utility company.
