I have been coming to Luna Nail Salon since 2020, but definitely not a regular since I am unable to make it in often. Each time has been such a good experience, apart from one time. The staff is always so sweet and very accommodating. They consistently check in to see how everything is, always are inviting, have a large assortment of colors to pick from, and even have drinks you can choose from during your service. The most recent time I went in, I went for a pedicure and Monica was who did my nails. She was constantly making sure I was okay and did an AMAZING job with the polish. She did put a design on the nails, which I didn’t ask for but was cute, and I was charged for it. I didn’t mind though, since it added some flair, though I would’ve appreciated being asked if it were something extra I wanted to pay for. I have gotten a few set of acrylics as well, and it has always turned out perfectly apart from the one time. As for the one bad experience, it was with an acrylic set. It felt a bit rushed already. She had only done one layer of nail polish for the design, which made it still clear and patchy in spots. She also was not able to do the design close to what had been asked, and even said at the end “do you like it? I really tried my best” which let me know she was not very experienced with this service. Not wanting to cause issues for her, especially with how sweet she was, I just paid and left the store. Overall, Luna Nail is always my go to for nail services mostly due to how welcoming and accommodating the staff are!

Amazing! They are efficient, have so many options & customer service is astounding. I got pedicure & my daughter did acrylics. Both fabulous.

On the bad side: The woman’s nails were dirty and not taken care of, was hard to communicate. The nail polish wasn’t applied all the way to the cuticles therefore leaving some visible empty space. Sadly my favorite color was not in stock, but there are many other options to choose from. On the good side: I had my nails painted tan with French tips. The job was done fairly well for the price, and I am enjoying my better looking nails. No bubbles visible, polish layer seems thick enough to stay for a while. Place looked amazing and had a nice atmosphere. Advice to the owner: Require workers to follow simple nail hygiene to avoid infections considering they cut people’s nails. From the business perspective, complimentary drinks require expensive machines, therefore to pay workers more you would need to put price on the drinks, especially alcohol.
