I went on a Wednesday at 11:00am to renew my driver's license. The lady that greets you and gives your #, well She is the reason that you cant leave there mad, frustrated or uninformed. She asks what you need then explains the process and suggests certain things so you are prepared when your # is called. Tells you that #'s will be called out of order and why then let's everyone know they're starting lunches so it may be a bit of a wait. So I wait like 20ish minutes, my # is called. I verify info, eye exam, picture and payment. I walked out at 11:30am. This is the place to go. Everything seems to be working perfectly. Dare I say I enjoyed going to the Dmv? Yes I Did!! Cheers to all the employees! Great job!!

I made an appointment so I didnt have to wait, but the appointmentless people had to wait awhile. The front door woman is very informative and kind, the staff is super complainy and cry about how they never get breaks. I went on a thursday with my husband and they supposed open at 10, when we got there at 1040, they were already running breaks, but today when I was there the counter guy complains that they never get breaks. He was also pretty douchey, he didnt believe me originally that I had brought an original of my birth certificate (sorry Idaho does it differently?). But over all the experience was max 20 minutes because I brought ALL THE PAPERWORK: birth certificate, marriage license, something with my address (I used my car registration), and social security card (signed).

I know these people have to deal with the general public and some common human decency would really go along way when it comes to dealing with people. There is absolutely no reason why I should have to deal with the attitude of local government employees. If you are that miserable at work get a different job…

Very professional and very quick. Two of us came for walk-ins Mar 2022. Our wait was less than 5 min. Both licensing agents we worked with were very quick, and professional. Was super impressed by WA's process vs. past experiences. Covid protocols are still in place and well implemented.

They hand you the paper copy, they told me 1-2 week for the official EDL.
replace id online if it lets you
Yes
My daughter got her permit there about six years ago.
I think its $13
review reinstatement requirements online
Do I have to make appointment to get i.d?
20 dollars for lost/stolen dl
No. Their website lists that day as closed.
Yes for a price.
55$ for a new license when it's lost I believe
yes, by appointment is your best bet
Yes
No. I'm pretty sure It's closed. Sorry
They are taking both
Like 5 minutes or 10
If you already have a license, you could just get a replacement online, regardless if it was stolen.
If you call them they may have gotten it returned and they may be able to make arrangements for you to pick it up in a local office.
An appointment is highly recommended but if you get there super early it won't take as long to do a walk-in.
The Everett office, to the best of my knowledge, is the only office taking walk-ins at this time.
yes, but expect a lot longer wait without an appointment
Yes but at the moment it's by reservation
If you go in to dol office they will take your picture for a learner's permit, however not all learners permits have a photo... for example when i went through driver's ed we all had our permits delivered to our classroom and none of us of had our picture on ours. So it kind of depends on how you go about aquiring your permit... that will be the main thing that will affect wether or not it has your picture on it.
I think you can. The Everett location is taking walk ins.
If you go in the non-busy hours, you might get in
Not today you need to make an appointment with department of licensing sorry they aren't taking people without a appointment.
Beverly License 9123 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA 98204
I don't believe that he has to re-take the test but if your not sure just get on there web site and they should be able to tell you.
You can go to Beverly licensing in everett off of evergreen way and they offer the test and have vehicles. Call to see if you need appointment. Its not busy and you can get in and out
I believe so, I recommend the DOL in Oak Harbor. Quiet and professional. However, there are local driving schools that are DOL approved testing locations too. Some offer packages for both tests. When you're ready for the driving test, WMST in Everett gives you the option to take it in one of their cars which is great if you don't have one or it isn't working properly! (I'm pretty sure they do knowledge testing too but go ahead and give their Main Office a call, they're super nice and helpful)
80 dollars for licence.
You may be able to do it online. You will need an appointment for in person. The new ID will take 7-14 days to arrive in the mail.
I just got mine, and I believe it was around $ 40-50
That's auto licensing, this office is just drivers license /ID cards. All auto licenses offices are open, possibly with reduced office hours ,and ran independently from this office.
Edls requirements are extended until 2021. If you still want one, you have to go online, get an appointment. Lynnwood, Shoreline, Smokey Point are open by appt only. They only have appts for 3 weeks at a time, you have to keep checking
When they feel safe about not getting sick anymore
Don't know this one but you could see some grace over the fact that it's not considered a moving violation... I don't have a clue beyond that. Go take care of the collection amount.
I called and talked to the dol they said it is unknown at this time. Most everything can be done online. Or at a driving school. My daughter had to take her driving test at 911 driving school. They electronically filed her cert. And was able to apply for license online. They are sending her license in the mail. With same pic from her permit.
$150 if it's for alcohol, $75 if it's not
How many year license
Bring in your birth certificate, any others Id's you have to get a new license.
It's not coming from here!
U.S. Postal Service confirmation of address change.
I recall having to take a test in 2004. Maybe times have changed. But the law is within 10 days you need to apply for a new Washington State License. Just to keep you in the know. 🙂
Not that I'm aware of. But they usually don't send reminders because the date it is supposed to renewed by is on your license 😁
Week end are closed
I would suggest you check their online website on Google to get all the information you need. It should list the hours they are open. Good Luck!
Doubt it. But I also dont know the answer. But Im thinking you have been in their system. They should know your age when you go to renew. It cant hurt to bring your Birth Certificate
This location does not do driver testing. No written or no road tests are done here. The closest DOL that does testing is the Lynnwood location, address: 18023 Hwy 99 E Lynnwood, WA 98037 where I believe they do them only on Wed from 7:30am - 3:30pm. I hear the wait is long, and it's best to get there as early as possible. There are a ton of small, strip mall, driving schools on Evergreen way that will do both the written and driving test for you by appointment, but for a couple hundred bucks. Where the Lynnwood DOL only charges around $25 per test. Hope this helps!
I dont know about I D cards. But Drivers License runs about 60.00 (+/-) But you should visit the state website to find out for sure. Good Luck!
Anytime before the door closes
25 dlls, you can take it in every driving school, I think is the best way
Trip permits issued from the same places that you get your tabs and registration from. Not Here! The permit shows a number, expiration date and other details.
Previous drivers license and if brand new driver you should bring your certified copy of your birth certificate. And a Social Security card as backup.
Yes!
No, just go in and take a number to your right. It wont take long. People are usually in and out of there with 15 to 20 minutes and thats pushing it.
If you just want your file corrected then there isn't a fee. However to get a new driver's license with the correct information is $10 to $20.
You can't renew tabs at dmv
No it reopened July 16.
As I understand, they do not do the drive test at the Evergreen Way location.
Go at their location ,you should get your knowledge test there
If your registration hasn't lapsed you can renew online and have tabs mailed to you.
You should go to a auto licencing place, where they sell tabs, not here, this is for drivers licence and I.d.
Idk... But avoid!
Free
