It's located in the train station, 3rd floor for Resource Center and WorkSource is on 2nd floor. I love the stairs up to the clock and open windows. Very pretty. Seems like they have been trying to keep it clean. Stairs only go to second floor elevator is available to all floors. They do have a cafe there as well, and bathrooms.

LOVE THIS PLACE .... THE WORKER ARE AWESOME ... I went to work source today and even though allot was going on I was greeted and helped by 2 other assistants there. Very nice people who really seem to care, that made a huge difference to me.

It would just depend. If your enrolling into WIOA then you may want a babysitter so you can fully get the one on one experience. If it's resource room assistance, you may be ok. It always helps to call in first! The resource room can get be busy and lively :).
Unfortunately not, they offer great workshops and one includes help with your LinkedIn profile but no personal website assistance. Sno isle library may have some resources available to you. They offer workshops for self employment guidance
