Lost Lake Resort is a Private RV/Cabin Resort. All lots are privately owned. There is an HOA and those rules indicate that owners are only allowed to rent their lots for a MINIMUM of 90 days at a stretch. There are NO ‘daily rental’ type camping sites available.
You have to contact the office. The sites are privately owned. Some are rented and some are not.
My husband and I have owned here for almost three years. We absolutley love it here. There is a brand new playground set, mini golf, indoor/ outdoor swimming pool, indoors pool table and workout space, a sauna for men and one for women, nice showers and bathrooms throughout the park. We swim in the lake EVERY year! It is wonderful so I don't know why people are saying " no swimming". Totally Not True. We fish in the lake also. The park rents fishing boats a paddle boats to owners and their guests. We have a beautiful clubhouse and a fun area for kids in the bottom area for kids with games including ping pong, electronic basketball, darts and air hockey! The park is beautiful! I recommend calling the front office to set up a tour. You won't be disappointed. Kathy Hutchinson LLRVR Owner
Spots here are affordable, peaceful, fun, and spacious. Internet, water, electric, snow removal, and large trash bin area are included. RVs must be 3-4 years old is the only requirement. I own my RV home here with property all paid for, so the hoa decides the rules and regulations. Not temporary residents. You cause trouble on purpose and police have a 5 minute response time or less. Security and reinforced gate remain locked 24/ 7 unless a resident uses magnetic key card or punch key. Over half our residents have concealed carry permits. Zero Crime here. On the flip side there is an indoor/ outdoor pool, pool tables, putt putt golf course, frisbee golf, basketball/ tennis courts, and tons of trees acreage and, alas, a nice peaceful lake to walk around. No Swimming. A large picnic area exists in the back of our resort. Prices range from $1,100-$1,800 per month. Larger homes here on fixed land run $250,000-$500,000. Taxes are dirt cheap!
