My friend went into this boutique yesterday around 430pm (6/22). The blonde women working there blatantly said right in front of her that there is no way she would fit into any of the clothes there. The disrespect that she had is unacceptable and I will definitely be steering all my friends and family away from this place given some of the employees disregard for others feelings. I heard they have great clothes too so it's a huge bummer. :( do better!!!

I've shopped here several times before when I used to live in Olympia. I was in town just for the day today and purchased a jacket. I was emailed a receipt because they couldn't print one, and no where did it state the return policy. The girl that rang me up never said a thing about returns. I went back about an hour later to return it and was told they don't do refunds, only give store credit. I'm very upset because this was NEVER told to me. And I'm leaving town today so I had to buy something I didn't even really want so I didn't get left with a gift card. Very disappointed in the customer service and definitely won't be shopping here again.

I came in a few weeks ago and had the sweetest girl help me out! After I got home, I had an issue with my purchase. At first they weren’t sure they could do anything about it but after talking to the manager, Aubrey, she was able to get it all cleared up with the owner. Really appreciate all they did to help me out and take ownership of the situation. And not to mention they have cutest clothes! It’s like our local Nordstrom!
