Nope. A dollar to print a page for a return that is through UPS. Unacceptable Edit after reply: If I have a return with a UPS barcode that tells me just to go the UPS store and they will take care of the return, I do not expect there to be an additional charge so while the response is helpful it does not change my rating that this is not acceptable.

I would not work for them ! Having an iEP is already hard , they used me for a week and then told me I wasn’t good enough! I’m not able to learn things all the way in 3 days that I worked ! Even tho in paper work they say they accept people with disabilities and all ! What a lie !

Both people working the desk were rude. The first guy seemed to be unsure of how to do his job and then the lady that tried to "help" was incredibly unpleasant. Both were unprofessional and unwilling to be helpful in any sort of customer service capacity.

Every experience I've had at this UPS location has been pleasant. The employees all seem to go out of their way to be helpful, and I can't thank them enough for making it easy and convenient to ship just about anything. Also, Jacob was such an amazing help last time I was in the store. He helped me navigate their box selection for an odd shaped item I needed to ship. He was patient and incredibly helpful.
